Ana Miranda, President-Performer, choreographer, educator, administrator and therapist, Ana Miranda has a broad and diverse skill set.  She is a certified dance/movement therapist with over 15 years of experience working with in the areas of mental health, addiction recovery, at risk youth, disability and healthcare services. She is a consultant for South Miami Hospital and Baptist Healthcare System. A professional Flamenco dancer and teaching artist, she specializes in inclusion strategies for individuals with disabilities and boundary bending Flamenco, bringing the art form to new audiences and expanding its scope.  She has a private practice, serving groups and individuals throughout the south Florida area.

Stephan Jourdan, Vice President-Owner of Charcuterie Restaurant in the Design District from 1989-2004.  Mr. Jourdan is also a freelance audio technician, working with local and national media for over 10 years and a sales executive for "Comobar", a premium Italian coffee company. 

Barbara Kreisberg, Secretary-Certified Recreational Therapist, Poetry Therapist and teacher, working in the fields of education and healthcare for over 25 years.  Her area of specialization in recreation therapy has been in mental health and also serving individuals with special needs.

Kerting Baldwin, Director-Ms. Baldwin is Director of Media Relations for the Memorial Healthcare System and has over ten years of experience in media relations and journalism.  In addition, she was actively involved in theatre in her undergraduate studies and is a licensed real estate agent.

Judy Penny, Director-Ms. Penny established the successful brand/design agency Think Penny, which is based in south Florida.  She is an award winning creative director, having garnered recognition in major competitions and also faculty member at the prestigious Miami Ad School.
